CEMLA Assembly Meeting

On May 10, 2024, CEMLA's Assembly was held in Madrid, Spain, where key issues of the Center were presented and discussed before its members. At the session, the minutes of the previous session held on October 10, 2023 in Marrakech, Morocco were approved.

The 2023 Activity Report was presented to the Assembly and the Financial Statements of CEMLA and the Retirement Plan as of December 31, 2023 were also reviewed, together with the Historical Series of Income and Expenses (2015-2023) and the 2023 Executed Budget. Likewise, information was provided on the 2024 Modified Budget, and regarding the updates of the Administrative Rule for Budget Preparation and Control and for the Administrative Rule for Procurement of Goods and Services Contracting, reinforcing CEMLA's operational framework. Finally, the results of the Survey for the Detection of Training Needs were presented and the Chairmanship of the Board of Governors for the 2023-2025 period, in charge of the Bank of Spain, was confirmed.
