On Monday, September 28, and Tuesday, September 29, the XVI MEETING ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN CENTRAL BANKING – 2026 will be held in Brasilia, Brazil, in a hybrid format. The topics to be discussed are: talent, governance, and the responsible use of AI in HR. The Committee will analyze and adapt the preliminary program and define speakers to be invited by the Committee.

Objective

Have the final agenda for the XVI MEETING ON HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT IN CENTRAL BANKING – 2026 and proposals for speakers by topic. The Committee will also be responsible for sending and following up on invitations to potential speakers.
