Content

The working group will have three activities around the 2020 Joint Research Program: video conferences, this intermediate meeting (virtual) and a session at the Meeting of the Research Network (virtual), in that order. The best research papers will be selected to be presented at the Meeting of the Research Network. The general theme is on "The Interdependence between Fiscal and Monetary Policies". In addition to the relevance of the topic, one of the objectives is to have some continuity with the theme discussed last year. It is worth underscoring that participants are encouraged to explore the topic with methodologies beyond those proposed.

Objective

To review the research proposals, providing participants with a forum to discuss the common research theme, to present the approaches they have considered, and to show their research progress.

Aimed at

The meeting is aimed at researchers or officials studying policy formulation at Central Banks from junior to intermediate levels.
